By accessing or using OfferStory AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

OfferStory AI provides AI-powered interview practice and coaching. The service includes audio recording, AI analysis, and personalized feedback features. It also includes an optional Offer Analysis feature that lets you enter job-offer details (such as salary, equity, and total compensation) for AI-generated market-rate analysis and counter-offer drafts. AI analysis is performed by third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI); see our Privacy Policy for what data is shared and how.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

OfferStory AI offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. You may cancel at any time through your App Store account settings.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (recordings, answers). By using the service, you grant us a license to process this content for AI analysis.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Using the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to reverse-engineer the AI system
• Sharing account credentials with others
• Uploading malicious content

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI feedback will result in job offers or interview success.

8. Limitation of Liability

OfferStory AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
